Our manufacturing base within the United Kingdom, has particular expertise in freeze drying of meat, meals, fruits and contract freeze drying for industrial customers. The Denmark manufacturing base are specialists in the production of freeze dried culinary herbs, seafood, vegetables and contract drying. The facilities in Denmark are particularly well suited to large scale manufacturing runs. We take a particular pride in our innovative approach to solving the problems of our customers.

Our product capabilities are extensive. We can produce a full range of freeze dried ingredients, with modified atmosphere packing, milling, blending and sieving options if required. Our commission drying customers range from large food ingredients businesses, through speciality chemical manufacturers to biological and pharmaceutical businesses.
