We ensure that it stays that way by following stringent quality procedures and carrying out frequent checks.

Our staff are highly trained and regularly retrained to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.
We realise that quality is the most important thing to our customers, so we guarantee that quality is at the top of our agenda.

All of our sites are certified FSSC 2200 and ISO 9001:2015, additionally the UK site is certified to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8.

Our dedicated Quality departments in UK and Denmark ensure that that all inbound materials to our sites meet with our high standards before processing.

The Quality inspectors also oversee the freeze drying procedure, making sure that the correct steps are taken to guarantee hygiene, safety and the best-tasting results. All freeze dried products go through a controlled release, which means that nothing slips through the net. Included in this is daily taste panels for all food products manufactured.

As part of the quality checking process, we have in-house specialist laboratories that carry out chemical, physical and sensory testing.

We also apply external microbiological analysis from UKAS accredited specialist labs. Certificates of Conformance and Certificates of Analysis can be provided, as well as in-depth specifications, to demonstrate the quality of our products.
